Mimi started working at BCSSSD in 2003. From 2003-2007 she was with Vision Quest at the New Lisbon Campus teaching US History I & II, World Cultures, Life Skills and English. From 2007 to current she has been at the Lumberton Campus with Capital Academy teaching English, US History I & II, World Cultures, Economics and Transition Skills. Mimi lives in Woodland Township with her husband Luis, son Christian and daughter Sara. Mimi volunteers at the Burlington County Animal Shelter in Westampton. John has been with BCSSSD as a Teacher Assistant for 14 years. In that time he has worked on East Campus and now on Elementary Campus. John has worked with both the MD and BD population, and had a brief stint working in Elementary Campus’s CBAC. John is currently working with 3rd & 4th graders. John enjoys hosting our Holiday Show and DJing the Elementary campus dances. John is a loving husband, father of 3 and grandfather to 1. When the opportunity arises John is an active thespian in the Community Theatre scene. John loves what he does. Thank you John for your continued dedication to our school.
Bethann worked at BCSSSD for 15 years as a TA and was hired this year as a teacher. She has worked on the JR/SR campus with both the BD and MD populations, and as part of the crisis team. Bethann has also worked with the Autism population during summer school. She is currently working on the MS campus with 6, 7, & 8th grade BD population. Bethann is actively involved with the district’s Special Olympics program as a coach and district coordinator. Thank you Bethann for your continued dedication to our school.
Shelby worked at BCSSSD from Sept 2012-Jan 2014 as a part time employee on the PASC campus. She came back to BCSSSD this past September working on the elementary campus in a K-3 Autism classroom, and is working on the yearbook this year. Shelby is also a Volunteer EMT with Hainesport Emergency Squad. Thank you Shelby for your dedication to our school.
Rosemary has been at BCSSSD for 3 years (2 yrs with S4T and now as a BCSSSD employee). She is on the middle school campus in an autistic class. Rosemary has 4 children ranging in age from 10 to 30. She is an avid sports fan, and loves animals (she’s getting a new puppy this weekend). Rosemary loves coming to work to see the kids. Thank you Rosemary for your continued dedication to our school.
Antoinette has been at BCSSSD for 10 years. She is currently in a Middle School Autistic classsroom housed on the Elementary Campus. For the 10 years Antoinette has been here she has always worked with the autistic population. Antoinette says she has made many wonderful friends here at BCSSSD. Ms. Livi started at BCSSSD in 1988 in the kitchen. She was part of the staff that opened up Lumberton Campus. Ms. Livi decided to continue her education and transfered from kitchen staff to a teacher assistant position. Ms. Livi has worked with all of the populations we have here at BCSSSD.
